It's so true that it's hard to start the day at the same time everyone else is getting up - you put it perfectly the way you explained it. My husband is up at 5am, and my son usually is up around 6:30. I can not get out of bed this early, but I do *try* to spend a few minutes in bed praying and offering the day to God, then around 9am or so I have my "quiet time" with more prayer and some reading. It works somedays and somedays are a struggle all day long. Anyway, sorry to go on and on! Thank you for this post!Nicole {tired, need sleep}https://www.blogger.com/profile/13395532136969657091noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5020894774104485166.post-4669554014738844842009-08-18T01:23:10.855-04:002009-08-18T01:23:10.855-04:00Seriously I could have written this same post. Everything you've said in this post happens in our house as well right down to the non-nutritional breakfasts in front of the T.V. You've inspired me. I want to get up in enough time to do the things I want and need to do in the morning. :)Sheenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12753097972748757596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5020894774104485166.post-22640900971148821182009-08-17T02:27:24.199-04:002009-08-17T02:27:24.199-04:00Boy do I have the same problem. It's 1:30am here, but it is so hard to go to bed.

I enjoy my time alone at night so much... and going to sleep just means the next thing I'll hear is the sound of a crying baby.Shannonhttp://totschool.shannons.orgnoreply@blogger.com
