I just purchased a copy of a great resource that I thought I might pass along to others. It is "Healthy Homemaking: One Step at a Time". I've only read the first few pages but it sounds like the book for me. As mentioned before I have a bad habit of starting to make changes and then getting burnt out. I'm using this as a guide to help me slowly incorporate changes to make my family healthier so I can actually stick to it!
